Customers can activate a card as quickly as 24 hours after it is asked for, but it is recommended to attempt activation once you have received your credit card by mail.
When I activate my credit card, can I make purchases using it today?
Once you have activated your card, You are now able to purchase at any Kohl’s store on the internet at www.kohls.com
Are there other cards that I can activate with my Kohl’s card account?
You are either the main owner, authorized, or the user. Are able to activate all the cards associated with the account. Only the primary owner or authorized user can access your cards online.
Do I have to keep my old credit card in use after I have activated my Kohl’s Card?
The old card will not be deactivated when you activate your new card. Call us to ask that your card be deactivated. Also, be sure to take out and dispose of the old card.

Create an account on My Kohl’s Card for FREE online payment. You can also make one payment each day for at least 180 calendar days into the future. If you make a payment after 7:07 p.m. (central time) will be processed the next day.

Automated Telephone System You can use our automated telephone system 24/7 by calling 855-564-5748 to make a no-cost payment. A bank routing and account numbers are needed if you’re making the ACH payment. Credit cards are also accepted. Paying after 7:07 p.m. (central time) will be processed the next day.
Phone Associate: Call 855-564-5748 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. (central time) on Monday through Saturday or from 8:00 a.m. until 7 p.m. (central hour) and on Sundays. A bank routing number and account number are required. Payments made before 11:00 p.m. (central time) will be posted on today’s date. (Note that hours of operation cannot guarantee phone associate availability after 7:00 p.m. Central time.)
